# What is a Protected Account?

In Ramper Wallet, you can hide your wallet address from everyone by enabling the Protected Account feature. 

Simply go to Settings, then toggle the Protected Account option. After this, when someone inputs your email to send assets, your wallet address will be hidden from them, and the app will indicate that it is a protected account.
