What happens if my social account is compromised?

If your Google account, Facebook account, Email account, or Apple account is compromised, securing your social account first is the most important thing.

Your assets are tied to your wallet, not your social accounts so if you still keep the wallet's passphrase, you can always restore your wallet on other crypto wallets like Coin98, Metamask, TrustWallet etc by using passphrase. Following this, you can transfer your assets to the new wallet to ensure the safety of your assets.

Ramper offers assistance in disconnecting your social account from the wallet, preventing hackers from accessing your wallet through your social account. However, to proceed with this process, you must provide evidence to confirm your ownership of the social account.
